Each product comes with everything you need to get started, but contents vary depending on the item. Typically, you can expect:
The main product (e.g., smart bin, sensor tap, dispenser, dash cam, alarm, or detector)
Necessary accessories (hoses, charging cables, mounting clips, or fittings if required)
Power options (battery compartment or USB/AC cable depending on the model)

Do you have a showroom?
We do not currently have a public showroom. However, if you’d like to view products in person or discuss bulk/commercial requirements, you’re welcome to arrange a visit to our warehouse/office.

Can I request a sample before purchasing?
Yes. If you’d like to test a product, you’re welcome to purchase a single unit as a trial.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return it within 7 working days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges), provided that:
The item is returned in original packaging
It is unused and undamaged
